I am excited to announce that I will be co-facilitating a workshop with Eileen Campbell-Reed, using my book The #MeToo Reckoning . I invite you to participate! This workshop came about because I asked a rather vulnerable question in a writing group. You can read the back story here.
The birth story of the workshop is itself proof of the value of mentoring. We all need safe places to ask questions. To voice answers. To explore possibilities. You now have the opportunity to join in a similar process. In this workshop, you will learn from Eileen Campbell-Reed, myself, and the other participants.
Join the workshop via Zoom on four Sunday evenings: April 11, 18, 25, May 2. Participants will receive a personalized, signed copy of my book, as well as other goodies. Read more about the topics and details here.
Don’t delay! The content involves sexual violence and the church’s reaction (and lack of reaction) — a vulnerable topic. Plus, there will be plenty of interaction among participants. Accordingly, we have limited the number of spaces for this ministry mentoring workshop.
You’ll also want to click over to Eileen Campbell-Reed’s page and scroll down to read an interview, where I answer questions about why I wrote my book, and what compels me in my practice of ministry. Coffee is involved.
