I’m passionate about pilgrimage to the Holy Land, so I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be co-leading a unique pilgrimage to Israel and Palestine in April of 2024, “Writing the River.” Not only will we visit sites in Bethlehem, Jerusalem and Galilee, our itinerary will incorporate time for reflection and writing. My co-leaders are two clergywomen authors — all of us are Presbyterian, all with published books.
The Reverend Terrlyn L. Curry Avery, the Reverend Carol Howard Merritt, and I will each guide participants in writing exercises for three of our nine days together (plus 2 travel days).
